1. Operator

2. Nature of the service

Numbivo provides free informational calculators, explanatory content, tables and related tools. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, the service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, professional-client or similar relationship.

Calculator outputs are generated from the values, assumptions and formulas shown or described on the relevant page. We take reasonable care when preparing the service, but results can be inaccurate because of incorrect inputs, wrong units, rounding, simplified assumptions, regional differences, outdated external data, or software and content errors. Results may not reflect local tariffs, taxes, technical standards or individual circumstances.

A result is not an approval, quotation, guarantee, certification, diagnosis, design, compliance assessment or promise of a real-world outcome.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking input values, units, selected options, formulas and assumptions and for verifying important results before making financial, legal, medical, construction, engineering or other significant decisions. Use current official documents or other authoritative sources and, where a decision has material consequences, obtain verification or advice from a suitably qualified professional.

4. Saved calculations

The local save feature stores calculation data in the browser in which you use Numbivo. It is not a cloud backup or account service. You are responsible for exporting or otherwise preserving information you need. Clearing browser data, changing devices, private-browsing settings or browser failures can remove local saves.

5. Acceptable use

You may use Numbivo for lawful personal, educational and business purposes. You must not intentionally interfere with the service, bypass security controls, overload the infrastructure, inject malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that materially harms availability, or use Numbivo to facilitate unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

The Numbivo brand, website design, original text, code and original compilations are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Mathematical facts and formulas are not claimed as exclusive property. You may link to Numbivo pages. Reproduction or redistribution of substantial original website content requires permission unless permitted by law.

7. Availability and changes

We may correct formulas, update content, add or remove features, change URLs or temporarily suspend parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every historical save will remain compatible with future calculator versions.

8. Liability

Numbivo is provided as an informational tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by treating an unverified estimate as a binding, guaranteed or professionally approved result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for wilful misconduct where it cannot be excluded, liability for death or personal injury where an exclusion is prohibited, and mandatory consumer rights.

9. External services and links

Numbivo may link to external sites or use third-party infrastructure. External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability or content is outside Numbivo’s control.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their habitual residence. Mandatory jurisdiction and consumer-protection rules remain unaffected.

11. Changes and contact
